Affiliate Terms

By promoting Prime Life Media products as an affiliate on ClickBank, you agree to promote our products in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, following the promotional guidelines below. Any deviation outside these guidelines will result in withholding commissions and banning of your affiliate account.

Affiliates may not use any images or videos that they do not own, nor use imagery that implies endorsement without written consent from appropriate party/parties.

Affiliates must contact us prior to promoting our products through Paid Ads (Facebook, Google, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)

Affilaites must not bid on keywords associated with any of our company/product/offer/author names in any pay per click ads.

Affiliates must not use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to "scam" or "fraud".

Affiliates must not offer customer incentives for purchasing any of our products.

Affiliates must not falsely represent yourself as the creators or owners of any of our products, including on webpages, social media pages or through social media accounts.

Affiliates must not link directly to the cart/order form. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to visiting the cart.

Any online promotion must include a disclaimer advising the viewer that you are an affiliate being compensated by Prime Life Media, LLC. Disclaimer must include the following criteria: Clearly and conspicuously placed so that it is easy for users to notice, placed close to the “call-to-action/triggering item” such as the affiliate links themselves, not be buried in graphics, text or other items that make it less noticeable and difficult to see, and the language of the disclaimer itself must be clear and understandable to your users.

Affiliate review sites must be legitimate in nature. Negative assessments for other sites or other products, that are not accurate, or that are unfounded, are not allowed.

All products must be promoted and advertised at the correct pricing shown on the corresponding Prime Life Media, LLC sales pages.

Affiliate promotions must NOT include any content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
